Can I come to the Bali part of the program without being engaged in the preparation weeks before?
Unfortunately, Atomic Retreats cannot accommodate participants who are not available 4 hours per week in the weeks leading up to the retreat as the results depend on how you prepare your body before.
How much time does the preparation weeks require from me?
We will help you with scheduling so that it fits your social and professional constraints. The preparation requires text-based daily checking with your health coach and attending a total of 4 hours of calls or activities with your dedicated experts.
Am I going to receive customized meals during the preparation weeks?
Yes, depending on where you live we can arrange customized meals to be delivered to you daily on week 2 and week 3 of preparation weeks. The meals are gourmet, fine-dining standard with 100% organic ingredients. Portions and recipes will be adapted to the results of your testing on week 1.
